In our desire to be effective\u00a0 and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored:<\/p>\n<p><strong>24 hour advance notice\u00a0 is required <\/strong>when\u00a0 cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to\u00a0 schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice\u00a0 you will be charged the <strong>full amount <\/strong>of your appointment. This amount\u00a0 must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>No-shows<\/strong><br \/>\nAnyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a \u201cno-show.\u201d They will be charged for their \u201cmissed\u201d appointment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Late Arrivals<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you arrive late,\u00a0 your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments\u00a0 follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then\u00a0 determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of\u00a0 the length of the treatment actually given, <strong>you will be responsible for the\u00a0 \u201cfull\u201d session<\/strong>. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and\u00a0 other customers, <strong>please <\/strong>plan accordingly and be on time.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Termination of Session<\/strong><br \/>\nProfessional massage is strictly non-sexual.
