{"id":513,"date":"2014-06-04T09:00:10","date_gmt":"2014-06-04T14:00:10","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/etbodywork.com\/?p=513"},"modified":"2014-05-14T08:31:51","modified_gmt":"2014-05-14T13:31:51","slug":"lemon-grarlic-chicken","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/etbodywork.com\/?p=513","title":{"rendered":"Lemon-Grarlic Chicken"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1\/4 Cup fresh lemon juice<br \/>\n2 Tbs malasses<br \/>\n2 tps Worcestershire sauce<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves chopped<br \/>\n2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs<br \/>\n1\/4 tps salt<br \/>\n1\/4 tps black pepper<br \/>\nlemon wedges<br \/>\nparsley spring<\/p>\n<p>Directions:<br \/>\nIn a glass dish combine the lemon juice, molasses, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, and chicken. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour, turning occasionally.<\/p>\n<p>Preheat oven to 425 degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Remove the chicken from the dish reserving the marinade. Arrange in a shallow roasting pan coated with cooking spray. Pour the reserved marinade over the chicken. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.<\/p>\n<p>Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes, basting occasionally with marinade.
