{"id":843,"date":"2015-07-06T09:00:25","date_gmt":"2015-07-06T14:00:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/etbodywork.com\/?p=843"},"modified":"2015-06-15T13:22:23","modified_gmt":"2015-06-15T18:22:23","slug":"grilled-vegie-salad","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/etbodywork.com\/?p=843","title":{"rendered":"Grilled Vegie Salad"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients<br \/>\n1\/2 bunch asparagus, trimmed and cut into bite-size pieces<br \/>\n1 pint cherry tomatoes<br \/>\n1 medium red onion, cut into 1\/2-inch rings<br \/>\n1 yellow bell pepper, quartered, seeds and ribs removed<br \/>\n1 red bell pepper, quartered, seeds and ribs removed<br \/>\n1\/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil, for brushing<br \/>\nSalt and freshly ground black pepper<br \/>\n1\/4 cup fresh basil leaves<br \/>\n1\/4 pound feta cheese<\/p>\n<p>Dressing:<br \/>\n1 medium clove garlic, chopped<br \/>\n1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar<br \/>\n3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil<br \/>\nSalt and freshly ground black pepper<\/p>\n<p>Directions<\/p>\n<p>Preheat grill to medium.<\/p>\n<p>In a large bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill the vegetables, turning occasionally, until charred and tender, about 5 to 7 minutes. Remove to a platter. Sprinkle with basil and feta.<\/p>\n<p>In a small bowl, mix garlic, balsamic vinegar, and olive oil.
