- 1 Small Red Apple
- 1 Plum
- 1/4 cup Blueberries
- 1 teaspoon Flaxseed oil
- 1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 Handfull of Kale
- 1 cup of Ice
Directions
Wash and dry the fruit. Remove the seeds and pit from the apples and plum. Place all ingredients into a blender and purée. If the shake is too thick, add water until desired consistency.
Fresh juices are best consumed within 2-3 hours of preparation and should be refrigerated.
