- 2 Tablespoons pistachios
- 2 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 Tablespoons pecans
- 2 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
- 1 plum, pitted and chopped
- 1 peach, pitted and chopped
- 1/4 cup pineapple, chopped
- 1/2 small papaya, seeded and chopped
- 2 fresh figs, cut into quarters
- juice of 1 lime
Directions
Roast the nuts before mixing with the fruit to enhance their flavor. Place nuts on a baking sheet in a 300 degree F oven forĀ 3 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool. In a serving bowl, combine the nuts and chopped fruit. Stir in lime juice.
